So for personal development, you want to pick up books and trainings that teach ways to create sales and teach your team so you all can crush your goals.
(2) Focus on recruiting : If 100 persons are creating sales monthly you get more results than a few persons doing same personal volume so when you keep recruiting new persons, you keep building your business. New members brings great momentum and this is needed monthly... So learn how to sell your opportunity to people and teach this to your team
